The
last of the four films which Antonio wrote for the direction of Turi
Vasile, which after this film will become a producer, making a
company named "Ultra Film"
which will be the one to produce the debut of Antonio Margheriti behind
the camera as Director.
I
was born right during the shooting of this film, and my mother told me
that Antonio was so happy that he brought me on set that I've had only few
days. (I can tell that I'm almost born in the show businness).
Turi Vasile, as best friend of my father, was my "godfather"
during baptizes , and because Turi was Sicilian, we always had fun calling
"the Godfather".
This
script was the last comedy written by Antonio, which in the future was
involved with different kinds of screenplays, Adventure and Science
Fiction movies full of action and special effects, film written
for his taste and which he wants to direct.
